Garlic Chutney : Ingredients List:






Garlic: 25-30 cloves (peeled), Red-chilly powder: 2 tablespoon, Salt: 1/4 teaspoon, Cumin-coriander powder: 1 tablespoon, Oil (optional): 15 mg

Preparation Method :

Step 1: Crush garlic cloves to form a paste.

Step 2: Add red-chilly powder, cumin-coriander powder and salt to it. Mix well. (One can also make this chutney by mixing all the ingredients together and grinding it)

Note : One can relish it by adding oil to it and spreading it over rotla (indian bread)
