Khajur Paneer Bhakharwadi : Ingredients List:

Paneer: 100gm, Dates : 100gm, All purpose flour : 100gm, Cornflour : 150 gm, Dry fruit powder : 100 gm (Pistachio + almond + cashew), Baking powder : 1/4 teaspoon, Cardamom : 1 teaspoon, Dry ginger powder : 1 teaspoon, Butter : 2 tablespoon, Vanilla flavour : 1 teaspoon, Powdered sugar : 2 tablespoon

Preparation Method :

Step 1:  Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar together and sift it. Now make dough out of it.

Step 2:
Remove seeds from dates. Crush dates to form a fine paste. Add dry-ginger powder and cardamom powder to it. Mix well and roll small balls of it.

Step 3:
Mix paneer, cornflour and 1tablespoon powdered sugar together and form small balls out of it.

Step 4:
Spread plastic on rolling board. Roll flat breads from all-purpose flour dough, dates paste balls and paneer balls individually.

Step 5:
Now create 3 layers by first placing all-purpose flat bread on the plastic and sprinkle dry-fruit powder on it. For the second layer place the rolled date over it and sprinkle dry-fruit powder. Lastly, place the rolled paneer over it and again sprinkle dry-fruit powder.

Step 6:
Slowly roll the three-layered stack with light hands.

Step 7:
Roll the plastic beneath the layers slowly and firmly in order to roll the layers. Cut the roll into pieces.

Step 8:
Grease a baking tray and place all the rolled pieces in it. Allow them to cook in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 9: When cooked place the rolls in serving tray, sprinkle powdered sugar over it and serve.
