Janmashtami is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Krishna. On the night of Krishna's birth, panjari prasad is also offered along with his favorite butter. Panjari is made from dried coriander/coriander powder. With this recipe you have can make panjari very quickly.

Coriander Powder- 1.5 Tablespoon | |
Ginger Powder- 1 Tablespoon | |
Grated Coconut- 1.5 Tablespoon | |
Green Fennel Powder- 1 Tablespoon (if Desired) | |
Sugar Powder- 3 Tablespoon | |
Chopped Almonds- 4 To 5 Pieces | |
Cashew Nuts- 5 To 7 Small Pieces (if Desired) |
Mix all together ginger powder, coriander powder, grated coconut, fennel powder, sugar powder, chopped almonds, small pieces of cashew nuts and mix well.
Place tulsi leaf on top, red prasad is ready.
