Amaranth (Rajagara) Sev : Ingredients List:







Amaranth flour: 500gm, Lemon juice: 4 tablespoon, Black pepper powder: 2 tablespoon, Red-chilly powder: 1/2 tablespoon, Salt: as per taste, Oil: To fry

Preparation Method :

Step 1: Take a vessel. Add amaranth flour, Lemon juice, red-chilly powder, Black pepper powder and salt together. Mix well.

Step 2: Make a dough out of this mixture with the help of luke-warm water. Grease it with oily hands at the end. The dough should not be too thick or too loose.

Step 3:
Heat oil in a pan. Add some amount of dough in the sev making machine. Grease the machine inside out with oil.

Step 4:
On a medium heat start creating Sev in a rotational direction.

Step 5:
Turn the sev to let it cook on the other side. Repeat the process few times to cook it thoroughly.

Step 6:
Remove the sev when light brown in color.

Step 7:
Ready to serve.
