Bhajiya (Farali) : Ingredients List:












Amaranth grain flour: 300gm, Water chestnut flour: 250gm, Potato: 2 (big size), Capsicum: 2, Ginger-chili paste: 3 tablespoon, Red chili powder: 1.5 tablespoon, Cumin-coriander powder: 1.5 tablespoon, Coriander leaves: 2-3 tablespoon (finely chopped), Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon, Oil: to fry, Salt: as per taste

Preparation Method :

Step 1: Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Allow them to boil for some-time in salted water.

Step 2: Drain half cooked potatoes and keep them aside. Now cut capsicum into small pieces.

Step 3: Mix amaranth flour, water chestnut flour, potatoes, capsicum pieces, ginger-chili paste, red chili powder, finely chopped coriander, cumin-coriander powder, salt and baking soda in a vessel.
 
Step 4: Add water to the mixture until it is ready to coat the fritter.

Step 5:
Heat oil in a pan. Add few tablespoon heated oil to the mixture and mix well.

Step 6:
Make fritters of medium size on high flame.

Step 7:
Fry the fritters till golden brown. Also, after every batch turn down the flame to medium.

Step 8: Serve hot.
