Stuffing for Farali Dosa : Ingredients List:












Potato: 500gm, Groundnut Powder: 100gm, Ginger-chilly paste: 2 tablespoon, Tomato (optional): 100gm, Red-chilly Powder: 1/2 tablespoon, Mixed spices powder: 1/2 tablespoon, Cumin seeds: 1 tablespoon, Curry leaves: 8-9, Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon, Oil( for tampering): 2 tablespoon, Salt: As per taste

Preparation Method :

Step 1: Boil potatoes. Peel them and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2: Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 3:
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a vessel. Add cumin seeds, Curry leaves and ginger chilly paste to it.

Step 4:
After tampering add tomatoes and stir them for 5 minutes. Now add potatoes, Groundnut powder, red-chilly powder, coriander leaves, mixed spices powder and salt to it. Stir well to mix.

Step 5:
Allow the mixture to cook on low flame till 5-10 minutes. Stir intermittently

Note:

You can use lemon juice instead of tomatoes. Also, instead of using mixed spices powder you can use Cinnamon-clove powder.
