Farali Dosa Stuffing or Potato stuffing or Aloo masala is a spicy, savory, classic Indian potato dish.

Stuffing for Farali Dosa

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Pre-Preparation Time: Not Needed

Level Of Cooking: Easy

Serving: 7 - 8 Dosa

Ingredients:

Potato: 500gm
Groundnut Powder: 100gm
Ginger-chilly Paste: 2 Tablespoon
Tomato (optional): 100gm
Red-chilly Powder: 1/2 Tablespoon
Mixed Spices Powder: 1/2 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
Curry Leaves: 8-9
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1 Tablespoon
Oil( For Tampering): 2 Tablespoon
Salt: As Per Taste

How To Cook:

Step 1: Boil potatoes. Peel them and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2: Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 3:
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a vessel. Add cumin seeds, Curry leaves and ginger chilly paste to it.

Step 4:
After tampering add tomatoes and stir them for 5 minutes. Now add potatoes, Groundnut powder, red-chilly powder, coriander leaves, mixed spices powder and salt to it. Stir well to mix.

Step 5:
Allow the mixture to cook on low flame till 5-10 minutes. Stir intermittently

Note:

You can use lemon juice instead of tomatoes. Also, instead of using mixed spic...es powder you can use Cinnamon-clove powder.
