If you are pizza lover and missing Pizza on fasting days this is perfect recipe for you, Now you can have Farali Pizza on your fasting days or vrat.

Serving: 8 to 10 Small Size Pizzas
How To Cook:
Pizza Base:
Step 1: Mix amaranth flour, water, caltrop flour, 1/2 tablespoon oil and salt in a vessel.
Step 2: Make a strong dough by adding lukewarm water to the mixture.
Step 3: Make balls from the dough and roll thick flat breads from it.
Step 4: Poke holes at frequent distance on the rolled bread to make it cook through.
Step 5: Bake crunchy flat breads and keep them aside.
Pizza Gravy:
Step1: Boil Potatoes and crush them. Take out the pulp from tomatoes. Mix both the pulp and crushed potatoes in a vessel.

...ssel and heat it. Add cumin seeds to it and let it crackle.
Step 3: Add the potato-tomato mixture to the vessel. Also add, cinnamon powder, Ginger-chili paste, red chili powder and salt to it. Stir the mixture well.
Step 4: Allow it to cook for sometime on medium flame. After 5 minutes add sugar to it and stir.
Step 5: Allow the gravy to come to thick consistency. Remove it from flame and keep aside.
Note:
1. Don't close the lid of gravy vessel.
2. Make sure that no water is left behind in gravy.
Method to assemble and Farali Pizza:
Step 1: Take the baked pizza base and spread tomato-potato gravy over it.
Step 2: Garnish it with grated cucumber and carrot. Place the diced capsicum at distance from each other.
Step 3: Sprinkle grated cheese over it. Bake the pizza on normal temperature in O.T.G or Microwave for 3-5 minutes and Serve hot.
