Dosa Sambar is a popular dish which originated from southern Indian state. Here we are sharing Farali version of the same for your fasting time like Navratri, Ekadasi, Mahashivratri, Janmashtami or other upvas/ vrat days.

Farali Dosa

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

Pre-Preparation Time: 9 Hours

Level Of Cooking: Medium

Serving: For 4 to 5 persons

Ingredients:

Little Millet: 200 Gm
Sago: 2-3 Tablespoon
Curd: 1 Tablespoon
Salt: As Per Taste
Oil: 1 Tablespoon

How To Cook:

Step 1: Soak Sago and little millet separately in water. Wash them thoroughly before soaking.

Step 2: When soaked drain the excessive water. Crush sago and little millet together to form a smooth paste. Add salt to it.

Step 3: Keep the consistency of batter medium thin.

Step 4: Add curd to the batter and keep it aside for 4-5 hours to ferment. You can also ferment it for a longer period of 7-8 hours if you want.

Stuffing for Farali Dosa


Step 5: Heat a non-stick tava on high flme. Mix oil and water to grease it evenly.

Step 6: Apply some batter and spread it on the tava with the help of a spoon.

Step 7: Let dosa be golden pink. Remove them from flame.
