Ingredients : (View as Check-list)

Coconut Chutney (Farali) : Ingredients List:







Coconut: 1, Curd: 50gm, Chopped green chillies: 3-4, Ginger (small piece) or Ginger paste: 1/2 tablespoon, Curry leaves: 20-30, Salt: as per taste

Preparation Method :

Step 1: Cut small pieces of coconut and keep aside coconut water.

Step 2:
Mix coconut pieces and coconut water and form a paste with the help of a mixture-grinder.

Step 3:
Now add Curry leaves, ginger, curd, chopped chilies and salt to the coconut paste and again mix it in a mixture-grinder.

Step 4:
Serve this Coconut chutney in a serving bowl.

Note:

If you don't have coconut you can use dry grated coconut by soaking it in water for 1/2 to 1 hour.
