Farali Bhaji / Shak : Ingredients List:













Potato: 500 gm, Oil: 2 tablespoon, Cumin seeds: 1/2 tablespoon, Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon, Green chilly pieces: 3 - 4, Lemon / Lemon juice: 1 / 1 tablespoon Curry leaves: 5 - 6, Sugar: 2 tablespoon, Chopped Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon, Grated ginger: 1/2 tablespoon, Black Pepper powder: 1 tablespoon, Red chilly powder: 1/2 tablespoon, Salt: as per taste

Preparation Method :

Step 1: Boil potatoes. Remove skin and cut it into medium pieces.

Step 2: Heat oil on medium flame. Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, pieces of green chilly and curry leaves to it.

Step 3:
When the seeds pop add pieces of potato, salt, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander to it and stir the mixture well.

Step 4: Close the lid of vessel for 3-4 minutes and allow the mixture to cook on a low flame.

Step 5: Turn off the heat and serve hot with puri.
