Farali Sukhi Bhaji is combination of spicy, sweet, tangy and nutty taste, consumed during fasting like sravan, navratri and vrat.

Farali Sukhi Bhaji

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Level Of Cooking: Easy

Serving: For 4 to 5 persons

Ingredients:

Potato: 500 Gm
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Tablespoon
Sesame Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
Green Chilly Pieces: 3 - 4
Lemon / Lemon Juice: 1 / 1 Tablespoon Curry Leaves: 5 - 6
Sugar: 2 Tablespoon
Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1 Tablespoon
Grated Ginger: 1/2 Tablespoon
Black Pepper Powder: 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilly Powder: 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt: As Per Taste

How To Cook:

Step 1: Boil potatoes. Remove skin and cut it into medium pieces.

Step 2: Heat oil on medium flame. Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, pieces of green chilly and curry leaves to it.

Step 3:
When the seeds pop add pieces of potato, salt, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander to it and stir the mixture well.

Step 4: Close the lid of vessel for 3-4 minutes and allow the mixture to cook on a low flame.

Step 5: Turn off the heat and serve hot with puri.
