Farali Cookies : Ingredients List:





Groundnut: 500gm, Powdered Sugar: 300gm, Milk: 3-4 tablespoon, Cardamom Powder (optional): 1/2 tablespoon

Preparation Method :

Step 1: Roast groundnuts on low flame.

Step 2:
Remove from heat and allow it to cool down. Separate skin of groundnuts.

Step 3:
Crush groundnuts in Mixer.

Step 4: 
Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to groundnut mixture. Add milk as per need and form dough to roll a base of medium to hard consistency.

Step 5:
Make small balls from the dough. Spread a plastic sheet on each ball before rolling it flat.

Step 6:
Cut the edges of rolled base in small circular shapes of cookies with the help of mould or circular bowl.

Step 7:
Place all cookies in a baking tray and allow them to bake in an OTG for 3 minutes. Keep flipping the cookies till golden pink.

Step 8:
Similarly bake cookies from rest of the dough.

Note:

- In absence of OTG you can also bake the cookies on non-stick pan by flipping it till roasted properly.
