Garlic chutney is a flavorful, spicy and hot condiment made with red chillies, garlic and other spices. This garlic chutney goes well with all type of snacks, chaat and other Indian food items.

Garlic Chutney

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Pre-Preparation Time: Not Needed

Level Of Cooking: Easy

Serving: 100 - 150 gm

Ingredients:

Garlic: 25-30 Cloves (peeled)
Red-chilly Powder: 2 Tablespoon
Salt: 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin-coriander Powder: 1 Tablespoon
Oil (optional): 15 Mg

How To Cook:

Step 1: Crush garlic cloves to form a paste.

Step 2: Add red-chilly powder, cumin-coriander powder and salt to it. Mix well. (One can also make this chutney by mixing all the ingredients together and grinding it)

Note : One can relish it by adding oil to it and spreading it over rotla (indian bread)
