Sheer Ghevar : Ingredients List:

















For Ghevar - 100 gm, Wheat flour, 50 gm ghee, 1 tbsp rage flour, 1 tbsp soya bin flour, 1-1/2 thread sugar syrup, Ghee or oil for dip frying, 1 round ring mold for ghevar size, Ice cube 7 or 8, 200 ml Milk, Water for batter
For Sheer - 500 ml.ful fat milk, 200 gm Milkmaid, 100 gm Wheat flour save, 50 gm Mix dry fruit, 1 tbsp ghee, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Preparation Method :

For Ghevar:
Step 1: Thoroughly mix ghee and ice-cubes in a bowl.
Step 2: Now remove the ice-cubes and beat the mixture of ghee till it gets creamy.
Step 3: Prepare a batter by mixing flour, milk and water.
Step 4: Heat Ghee or Oil in a pan.
Step 5: Keep a mould ring in pan and pour batter in the ring with the help of a spoon and fry it.
Step 6: Now add sugar syrup to the fried Ghevar?

For Sheer Khurma:
Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan.
Step 2: Fry Vermicelli in it.
Step 3: Add milk to it and boil vermicelli.
Step 4: Prepare a mixture of mix dry-fruit powder and cardamom powder and add it to the vermicelli.
Step 5: Add milkmaid and prepare the thick sheer khurma mixture.
Serving method:

For serving:
Place ghevar in a serving dish and coat it with sheer khurma.
