Sing Pak

Sing Pak / Peanut Barfi is a simple and easy to cook recipe which can be prepared within couple minutes. Sing Pak is very popular sweets for vrat and fasting.

Serving: 15 - 20 Pieces
How To Cook:
Step 1: Roast the groundnuts in a pan. When it cools down remove the skin and coarsely grind them.
Step 2: Grease a plate with Ghee and keep it aside.
Step 3: Heat ghee in a vessel on low flame. Add pieces of Jaggery to it and stir well.
Step 4: Add grinded groundnuts when Jaggery is completely melted in ghee. Stir the mixture well and turn off the flame.
Step 5: Spread the mixture on greased plate. Cut it into square pieces with a knife and allow it to cool.
Step 6: Remove the pieces from plate and serve.
Note: If the pieces are not removed easily heat
... the plate little bit and then remove.
