Khajoor Ladoo is very healthy and easy to cook recipe. It can be part of any menu from festival menu to every day sweet.

Khajoor Ladoo

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Pre-Preparation Time: Not Needed

Level Of Cooking: Medium

Serving: 15-20 pieces

Ingredients:

Date (seedless) - 500gm
Sugar Powder- 100gm
Dried Ginger Powder- 25gm
Indian Valerian (Ganthoda Powder) - 10gm
Grated Coconut - 100gm
Poppy Seeds (Khas-Khas) - 1/2 Tablespoon
Ghee - 3-4 Tablespoon

How To Cook:

Step 1: Rinse the seedless dates and allow them to dry. Put ghee in a pan on low heat and saute the dates till they become soft.

Step 2: Mix dry ginger powder, Ganthoda powder and grated coconut to the date mixture. Stir the mixture well for 2-3 minutes on low flame and than turn off the heat.

Step 3: Now mix  powdered sugar to the mixture.

Step 4: As soon as the mixture comes to room temperature roll round balls from it.

Step 5: Garish the ladoos with grated coconut and khas-khas.

Step 6: Our Khajur ladoos are ready to serve.

Note : Cool completel...y and store in an airtight container.
