Farali Kadhi : Ingredients List:












Sour curd / Sour Buttermilk: 200gm, Amaranth grain Flour: 25 gm, Roasted Groundnut Powder: 3 tablespoons, Ginger - Chilly Paste: 1 tablespoon, Cumin Seeds: 1 Tablespoon, Sugar: 1-2 tablespoons, Red chilly powder: 1/4 tablespoon, Cinnamon - clove powder: 1/4 tablespoon, Curry Leaves: 5-6, Finely chopped coriander: 1 tablespoon, Ghee: 1 tablespoon

Preparation Method :

Step 1: If you have curd than convert it to buttermilk. Add amaranth grain flour and roasted groundnut powder to it and mix well.

Step 2: Now add salt, sugar, red chilly powder, Ginger-chilly paste, curry leaves, chopped coriander and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3: In a small vessel add mix and bring it on heat. Add cumin seeds to it and wait till the seeds start popping. Now add this whole content to the kadhi mixture.

Step 4: Allow the kadhi mixture to come to boil two three times while stirring it continuously. Remove it from heat after that.

Step 5: You can also cook this recipe by replacing amaranth grain flour with water - chestnut flour.

Step 6: Serve hot.
