Ginger Lemonade

Ginger Lemonade is perfect combination of sweet, spicy, sour and salty taste. If you love Ginger Lemonade every day this is best way to stock up Ginger Lemonade Syrup for months.

How To Cook:
Step1: Heat the water on high flame and add sugar to it. Reduce the heat to medium flame after 5minutes. Stir intermittently for sometime. Remove the vessel from flame as soon as the sugar syrup is formed.
Step 2: Thoroughly wash ginger; cut it into pieces and grind it in a mixer with little water to form a paste and strain it.
Step 3: Add the ginger paste to sugar syrup and allow it to heat on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Then remove it from flame and allow to cool.
Step 4: Thoroughly wash lemons. Squeeze the lemons for lemon juice and strain it.
Step 5: Add the lemon juice to the
...sugar syrup when it is little warm. Stir the mixture.
Step 6: When the syrup cools down, fill it in a glass bottle and allow it to refrigerate.
Step 7: While serving, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, pinch of black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon syrup in a glass. Add water to the remaining portion and mix well.
Step 8: Garnish and serve.
