Homemade Pizza Sauce

It's so easy to make your own pizza sauce/gravy with plenty of garlic in a tomato base for your love ones, it's always fun to have home made pizza on special occasions.

Level Of Cooking: Medium
Serving: 8 to 10 Small Size Pizzas
How To Cook:
Step 1: Cut onions & tomatoes into medium sized pieces and grind them into mixer to make a smooth paste.
Step 2: Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon oil on low flame. Add cumin seeds to it.
Step 3: Turn of the heat when the seeds pop. Add the onions & tomatoes paste to it.
Step 4: Now add cinnamon powder, chili powder, sugar, sauce and salt. Mix well.
Step 5: Close the lid and allow the mixture to cook on low flame. Stir intermittently.
Step 6: When the gravy gets thick, separate 1 tablespoon gravy in other vessel and allow it to cool, if water still separator form
...repeat the process.
Note: Please don't close the lid once the gravy is cooked.
- For pizza, spread butter on the base of pizza. Spread the gravy evenly on it. Add capsicum, cabbage, olives, mushroom etc. for toppings grate chase over it and cook with the help of microwave or stove.
- One can also add the toppings & chase while cooking the gravy.
