How To Cook:
Step 1: Finely chop potato, onion, carrot and green chillies. Thoroughly wash rice and rinse it.
Step 2: Heat a pan with oil on medium heat. Add mustard seeds to it. When they start popping, add curry leaves, garlic paste and chopped green chillies to it. When the ingredients start turning brown add the remaining chopped vegetables to it. Saute them for sometime.
Step 3: Add the washed rice to it and mix it well with the mixture. Add 200-250ml water to it.
Step 4: Add salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder to it.
Step 5: Allow it to cook properly on a medium flame. Remove it fro

Step 6: Masala Rice is ready. Serve it hot with curd.
